Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinic Director to join our McAdenville team. You will coach clinicians and oversee the daily operations of the clinic, driving high quality ABA services for children and families.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA credential with at least 3 years of BCBA experience, excels in leadership and supervision, and is committed to ethical, evidence-based practice across the organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years' experience as a BCBA
• Experience supervising other BCBAs strongly preferred
• Strong clinical skills across diverse cases
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on the floor with children during therapy

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and drive high quality care and outcomes
• Conduct behavior assessments and ABA program implementation
• Provide leadership and supervision to BCBAs and RBTs
• Partner with senior leaders to improve clinical programming
• Facilitate parent training and family support
• Coordinate with Intake & Scheduling to ensure access and onboarding
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of clinicians
• Ensure ongoing supervision, program management and development
• Provide continuing education to employees, families, and communities
• Uphold KBH's values and ethics
• Oversee daily clinic operations and facility maintenance
• Grow clinic and related home/school/community services
• Liaise with staff, families, community, and health care providers
