Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on state rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team aligned with ATI's mission and patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
• Meet operational productivity and patient care standards while driving positive patient outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts and communicate key messages between corporate and the clinic.
• Conduct performance reviews and deliver coaching and development plans.
