ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a high-performing team and oversee daily clinic operations at a Delaware location. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, staff development, and achieving operational goals in a supportive environment.

Lead with vision, collaborate with specialists, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes while managing payroll, scheduling, and clinic performance. A PT/ PTA/ OT background with active licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on state rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive, patient-centered environment.
• Meet or achieve operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and patient care standards, while driving positive patient outcomes.
• Support and lead change management efforts and communicate key messages between corporate and clinic teams.
• Support team development and manage full employee performance cycle with regular feedback, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources.
