Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor progress, and manage discharge.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive team culture and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and staffing needs.
• Assess clinic performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership and staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and community partners to grow referrals.
• Engage in local networking and educational events to promote the clinic.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with guidelines.
