Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state.
• Preferably 4+ years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset and ability to grow a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor progress, and manage discharge.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Lead clinic staff, mentor team, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and maintain physician and community referral relationships.
• Ensure billing and clinical documentation compliance and regulatory standards.
• Participate in budgeting and strategic planning for clinic performance.
