Job summary

Panther Physical Therapy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to open a new launch or de novo clinic. This role combines clinical leadership with entrepreneurial growth, building a referral network and leading daily operations.

You'll lead evaluations, develop care plans, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and drive clinic performance with support from marketing and operations. Four years of clinical experience and NC PT license preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor progress, and manage discharge.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
