EmpowerMe Wellness is a full-service integrated healthcare company partnering with senior living communities nationwide. As a Clinic Director in San Dimas, you’ll lead a therapy team, coordinate with community leadership, and advance the EmpowerMe 360 model to deliver care that keeps residents active, independent, and engaged.

You’ll stay hands-on with residents while shaping program strategy, mentoring clinicians, and driving quality improvements across care coordination and operations.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
