EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead the heartbeat of care in our communities. You’ll guide your therapy team across physical, occupational, and speech services, while partnering with leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360 and drive resident engagement.

This role blends hands-on clinical leadership with program development and quality improvement. You’ll build trusted relationships, mentor clinicians, ensure seamless coordination of care, and help residents stay active,

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
