EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery across our senior living communities. You’ll guide your therapy team, build trusted relationships with residents and staff, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality care experience.

In this on‑site role, you’ll mentor clinicians, partner with community leadership to advance EmpowerMe 360, and shape program development while staying hands‑on with residents. We offer growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current professional license in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Experience leading a team or clinical initiative is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative spirit are essential.
