IV Nutrition is seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to lead the business operations of one of our wellness clinics. This role emphasizes sales leadership, team development, and exceptional client experiences in a performance-driven environment.

You do not need a medical background; we value proven business leadership with coaching and operational management skills. A monthly performance-based leadership bonus rewards results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Strong ability to coach, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing business operations, staffing, and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead Business Performance: Take ownership of clinic revenue, sales goals, membership growth, and operational results.
• Develop a Winning Team: Hire, train, coach, and inspire employees to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Drive Retail Sales: Lead by example through consultative selling, client consultations, membership presentations, and relationship development.
• Build Lasting Client Relationships: Develop strategies to increase client retention, repeat visits, and long-term engagement.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, staffing, payroll efficiency, and key business performance indicators.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership: Work alongside the Assistant Clinic Director to deliver a seamless experience that combines business excellence with high-quality clinical care.
• Grow the Business: Develop community relationships, local partnerships, and new-client acquisition opportunities.
