Ivy Health in New York is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a team, shape clinic culture, and enhance patient care. This role offers an equity partnership path and opportunities to influence location, team development, and patient experience across Ivy Rehab’s growing network.

As a licensed Physical Therapist with a DPT, you’ll mentor staff, drive quality outcomes, and collaborate with executive support in Marketing, HR, and IT.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in NY.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
