Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing outpatient clinic and help shape its culture. You will mentor staff, build relationships, and enhance the patient experience while partnering with a company that supports clinicians and opens pathways to equity ownership.

The role offers a compensation range of $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, plus incentives like a clinic director bonus plan, relocation assistance, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that genuinely cares about patients and colleagues.
