Job summary

Ivy Health in New York is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a caring team and shape a clinic from the ground up.

You will mentor staff, build relationships, and enhance patient experience while partnering with Ivy Rehab to access support in Marketing, HR, IT, and more.

This role offers a compensation range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year plus a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, equity, and relocation assistance; a path to ownership.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and mentor staff while growing the clinic.
• Equity Partner: help shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience.
