Job summary

As a licensed Physical Therapist with 3+ years in outpatient settings, you will mentor staff, build relationships with the community, and drive excellent patient outcomes while partnering with Ivy Rehab's support network.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive patient experience as Clinic Director/Equity Partner.
• Mentor clinicians and build a collaborative team culture.
• Develop clinic location, processes, and community relationships to grow the practice.
