Job summary

Ivy Health in Michigan is seeking a Clinic Director who will lead a caring team and help patients return to what they love. This role offers an Equity Partner path, with influence over clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.

We provide support across marketing, HR, recruitment, compliance, IT, RCM, and more while building a growing clinic. Eligible candidates have a DPT, Michigan license, 3+ years in healthcare, outpatient ortho experience, and a passion for mentoring

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
