Job summary

Ivy Health in Michigan is seeking a Clinic Director to lead and mentor a collaborative team while shaping a patient-centered clinic from the ground up. You will develop culture, operations, and patient experiences as you grow with the Equity Partner program.

As a licensed Physical Therapist with DPT and outpatient orthopedic experience, you’ll influence location choices, team development, and quality care, supported by Ivy Rehab’s comprehensive resources and nationwide presence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
