Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in New York to lead a growing clinic with a collaborative, patient-focused team. You will mentor staff, shape clinic culture, and drive excellent patient outcomes while partnering with a company that provides robust support in marketing, HR, recruitment, and compliance.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a potential equity share, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in state.
• 3+ years in healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
