The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical excellence, team leadership, and financial performance of an outpatient therapy clinic. This role combines patient care responsibilities with operational management, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, employee engagement, and clinic growth. The Clinic Director serves as a leader, mentor, and strategic partner, fostering a positive culture while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Graduate of an accredited CAPTE or ACOTE therapy program.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist.
• Prior leadership experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or outpatient clinic setting.
• Experience managing staff performance, scheduling, and employee development.
• Strong understanding of outpatient therapy operations and patient care workflows.
• Knowledge of documentation standards, reimbursement practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage clinic financial metrics, productivity targets, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with EMR/electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office.
