Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited institution; OT preferred
• Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• 3+ years of experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
• Residency training completion or enrollment preferred
• Board Certification preferred
