Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Director of Clinics for a remote employment opportunity.

Summary

The Director of clinics is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of multiple Areas within a defined geographic region. The Director ensures the effective execution of Loyal Healthcare’s mission by guiding Area Managers to achieve excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to Loyal Source Government Services (LSGS) core values. This role involves coordinating high-level operations, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives across the region, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimizing the Veteran Experience. The Director of Operations will report to the Senior Regional Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to Area Managers, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the performance of all clinics within the region, ensuring they meet or exceed LSGS standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Area Managers to optimize the allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and space, across multiple clinics to ensure maximum productivity and service delivery.
  • Ensure regional operations comply with HIPAA, ADA, and other relevant Government regulations. Regional Managers shall be familiar with and ensure compliance with local regulations specific to the states within their region, maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with the Medical Director, Area Lead Physicians, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality medical services across the region.
  • Mentor and develop Area Managers and Clinic Managers, fostering an environment of continuous professional growth and development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client and stakeholder communications within the region, ensuring positive relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the development and execution of regional strategic plans, including the establishment of new clinics and the expansion of existing operations.
  • Provide regular reports to the Program Director on regional performance, including key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Capacity Manager and other departments to plan and execute regional events, including temporary clinics and backlog reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the region, including budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization, to ensure sustainable operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in healthcare operations, including knowledge of clinic management, resource allocation, and quality assurance. In-depth understanding of HIPAA, ADA, and other relevant Government regulations.
  • Regional Managers shall be familiar with and ensure compliance with local regulations specific to the states within their region. Proficient in relevant software platforms and information systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, MDE4VETS, and SEMOSS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Equivalent Experience: 10-12 years of relevant management experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role and 2-3 years in regional or area oversight.
  • Previous MDE experience with Loyal Healthcare, LSGS, or a similar government services provider, with a deep understanding of MDE contracts and processes.
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A history of successfully managing multiple clinics or regions, with demonstrated improvements in operational efficiency and client satisfaction
