Job title: Physical Therapy Clinic Director
Report To: Regional Director of Operations
Travel Required: Yes, intermittently

Pay Range: $90k-$120k
Role And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent, individualized patient care, supported by current best evidence, with a positive, welcoming, and growth-oriented attitude.
- Ensure excellent patient care, experience, and clinical outcomes for all staff, including Physical Therapists and support staff.
- Live the company's mission, vision, values, and operational standards.
- Manage daily operations and staff at the assigned clinical site.
- Oversee schedules, training, documentation, and ensure standard of care compliance with current evidence-based practices.
- Assist in providing in-clinic coverage as necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve clinic processes and workflows for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and quality.
- Mentor and train Physical Therapists & Aides.
- Create a positive and enjoyable work environment.
- Support marketing efforts to physicians, groups, and the community.
- Manage clinic costs, operations, and profitability.
- Ensure billing and coding compliance with ethical standards.
- Assist in managing Physical Therapy Aides' schedules and training.
- Consult with other health professionals for treatment planning.
- Work a flexible schedule and complete accurate documentation via EMR software.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong work ethic, confidence, independence, and engaging personality.
- At least 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience following evidence-based practices.
- Excellent outpatient orthopedic skills, especially in treating lower limb conditions.
- Exceptional manual therapy skills.
- Proficiency with clinic technology.
- Management experience is preferred but not required; mentoring available.
- Valid or eligible Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OCS, SCS) and/or specialty certifications are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and efficient in time management.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a pleasant demeanor.
- HIPAA compliance.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated, punctual, and a team player.
