I Am Boundless is seeking a Clinic Coordinator in Ohio to monitor behavioral health and educational goals, leading a team of Behavior Technicians and facilitating group ABA instruction for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

What You’ll Do:

Primary job responsibility is to monitor both behavioral health and educational goals, ensure goals are implemented with fidelity and documented accurately by educating and leading a team of Behavior Technicians. The Clinic Coordinator will also facilitate group instruction to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clinic Coordinators will attend regular meetings with Intervention Specialists, Center-Based Clinicians, Behavior Analysts and Clinic Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of Undergraduate Degree or an Associate’s Degree Required
• Hold and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or,
• Actively working toward BCBA or BCBA certification (enrolled in fieldwork portion of pursuing the credential)
