Job summary

I Am Boundless in Ohio is hiring a Behavior Technician to help deliver behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals with autism, related mental health disorders, or intellectual disabilities in 1:1, 1:2, or small group settings.

You will receive supervision and training from behavior analysts through direct observation and team meetings. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Preferred college degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavioral health and educational services in 1:1, 1:2, or small group settings.
• Receive supervision and training from behavior analysts through direct observation and team meetings.

Education

What You’ll Do:

As aBehavior Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in implementing behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small group setting. Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic and/or behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. This is a full-time, hourly position. .

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus3 years ormore years ofexperience in thebehavioralhealth, human services, or mental health field.
• Preferred College Degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant (training will be provided if not already certified)
