Job summary

Crossover Health is seeking a Host to lead a welcoming, seamless member experience in our clinic. You will assist with check-in, understand self-insured benefits, copays and related coverage, and support daily clinic operations.

We value hospitality, teamwork with providers, and accurate navigation of employer-sponsored health plans. A Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of customer service is required; familiarity with Mac/iPad/iPhone, ChromeOS, and clinic workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members with hospitality and professionalism.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and service outcomes.
• Assists with check-in and understanding of benefit eligibility and clinic workflows.
• Supports member interactions via calls, emails, and scheduling.
• Collaborates with providers and staff to deliver seamless patient-centered care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
