Job summary

Family Health Centers in Louisville seeks a CNA to perform clerical and patient care duties across several clinics. You will respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist providers with both administrative and clinical tasks.

You will prepare charts, record vital signs, and document in the EHR. You may travel between FHC locations and must maintain PPE standards while supporting patient care throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• CNA certification required.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient inquiries and schedules appointments.
• Assists providers with administrative and clinical duties.
• Registers patients and directs to examination areas.
• Prepares medical charts and records vital signs.
• Performs basic laboratory tests and prepares specimens for transport.
• Maintains clean and stocked exam rooms.
• Travels between FHC clinics as needed.
