Qualifications

• Medical assisting degree preferred.
• One year of medical assisting experience preferred.
• Medical assisting certification (CMA/CCMA/RMA) required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and record vitals.
• Reconciles medication list in EHR (where applicable).
• Responds to tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist physician in exam rooms for minor procedures.
• Schedule surgeries/tests and hospital admissions.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and manage supplies.
