Job summary

Qualifications

• Supports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative and select patient care tasks.
• Follows up on no-shows and reviews add-ons with providers.
• Greets patients, supports visits, and collects vitals and basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and rooms patients.
• Obtains vital signs and documents in EMR.
• Supports scheduling and work queue management.
• Chaperones exams as needed.
• May perform limited patient care tasks per training.
• Processes mail, scans, copies, and faxes; handles forms and orders.
