Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Clinic Care Technician to support family medicine at the Baxter Clinic in Baxter, MN and Brainerd Clinic in Brainerd, MN. The role suits a non-certified or certified nursing assistant or patient care tech with clinic experience.

The position follows a day shift, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call rotations. 0.8 FTE with potential remote/hybrid option is available.

Qualifications

• No educational requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, obtain vital signs and document in the chart.
• Support daily patient flow and clerical tasks; assist with scheduling.
• Chaperone exams as needed and assist with limited patient care tasks.
• Process incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes; maintain exam room cleanliness.
