Motivated Learners is seeking a full-time Clinic BCBA to join our growing clinical team in Wisconsin. This clinic-based role provides direct clinical oversight, supervision, assessments, and collaboration with BCBAs, RBTs, and leaders to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The position offers opportunities to supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with families, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active and in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience conducting assessments and supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for mentoring staff and delivering high-quality ABA services
• Clinic-based work environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and progress evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Observe therapy sessions and coach staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Analyze client data to guide treatment decisions and track progress
• Train caregivers to promote skill generalization outside the clinic
• Collaborate with families, clinical staff, and external providers for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation per BACB ethics and policies
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture
