Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills.
• Clinic-based supervision experience.
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
