Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
