Job summary

PARS Therapy in Missouri City, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our on-site team. You will deliver direct speech therapy per physician orders, design engaging exercises, and support patients and families throughout treatment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and active Texas licensure. Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP and Texas license to practice in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises and activities.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to tailor treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
