PARS Therapy in Humble, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct therapy, design engaging exercises, and support patients and families in a patient-centered care model.

The ideal candidate holds a CCC-SLP and TX license, a Master’s in SLP, and experience with EMR/clinical docs; you will work onsite with a collaborative team and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP and Texas license required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
• Ability to perform duties primarily in a standing position.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises tailored to goals.
• Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and families.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure setup, use, and sterilization of speech therapy equipment.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to tailor treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
