Total Care ABA is expanding across Utah and seeks passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, under BCBA supervision, and help children reach meaningful goals.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive hourly pay of $18–$28 per hour, and a path toward BCBA supervision hours. Join us to make a difference in families’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Utah and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Utah
