Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a Salt Lake County clinic. You will work under a BCBA's supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and help clients build meaningful skills in a purpose-built therapy space.

The role emphasizes collaboration, reduced driving, and a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth and BCBA supervision hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic.
• Follow supervision of BCBA and implement treatment plans.
• Collect and record data electronically after sessions.
• Collaborate with RBTs and BCBA on progress and strategies.
• Assist with parent training and team meetings.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
