Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in South Salt Lake, UT is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a collaborative, clinic-based setting. You'll work under a BCBA supervisor in a space designed for effective therapy.

This role eliminates driving between homes and offers a supportive team, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for BCBA mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or willingness to obtain with company support.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform floor-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session.
• Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem-solving.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned.
