Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Salt Lake County clinic. You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a team-oriented setting, under a BCBA supervisor, in a purpose-built clinic environment.

We offer a collaborative culture, no solo-home in-home work, and opportunities for growth, with pay ranging from $22–$27 per hour based on experience. Join us in South Salt Lake for a supportive, real-team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Record and track behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and BCBA on client progress and session strategies.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized BIPs and clinic safety protocols; maintain client confidentiality.
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned.
