Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in South Salt Lake, UT is hiring a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a team-oriented clinic, under a BCBA’s supervision, in a space designed for therapy.

This role moves you away from in-home work with long drives and toward a collaborative clinic environment that supports growth, with direct supervisor access and opportunities for BCBA mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education preferred
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs (DTT, NET)
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session
• Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and BCBA on progress and strategies
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and session organization
• Follow individualized BIPs and clinic safety protocols
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned

Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position Overview

As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a vibrant, team-oriented clinic — not alone in someone's home.
