Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in South Salt Lake, UT is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supported clinic environment, under the supervision of a BCBA who is on-site.

This role avoids in-home visits and offers a team-based setting with ample peer collaboration. We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $22–$27 per hour, based on experience and credentials, plus earned PTO, BCBA supervision, and clear growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain with company support.
• Reliable transportation to South Salt Lake clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 clinic-based ABA therapy sessions under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and strategies.
• Participate in parent trainings, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with therapy session organization and materials preparation.
• Follow BIPs and clinic safety protocols, maintain client confidentiality.
