Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Salt Lake County clinic. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a collaborative clinic, under a BCBA’s supervision, and help implement individualized treatment plans in a space designed for therapy.

You will enjoy working with a supportive team, have access to supervision hours for BCBA certification, and avoid in-home driving.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Record and track behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate daily with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and session strategies.
• Participate in parent training, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials prep, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized BIPs and clinic safety protocols; maintain confidentiality.
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned.
