Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is hiring a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy with children in a collaborative clinic setting in South Salt Lake, UT. You will work under a BCBA, implementing individualized plans and collecting data in a purpose-built space.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities. Compensation: $22–$27 per hour, full- or part-time, with PTO and strong peer support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session
• Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem-solving
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned

Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position Overview
