Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC invites motivated RBTs to join a vibrant Salt Lake County clinic dedicated to collaborative care. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children, work under a BCBA, and help build meaningful skills in a purpose-built clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Authorized to work in the United States with valid credentials.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate daily with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and session strategies.
• Participate in parent training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and session organization.
