Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in North Salt Lake and Bountiful, UT. You’ll work 1:1 with children under a BCBA, building communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured methods (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Communicate progress with BCBA and clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow BIPs and safety protocols; maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
