Job summary

The Hope Learning Center seeks a Clinic-Based Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team serving children with autism, developmental delays, and other special needs. Work in a clinic setting, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, collaborating with therapists to deliver individualized care onsite.

Responsibilities include providing OT services, developing treatment plans, mentoring staff, and documenting progress and outcomes in compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy must be completed.
• Current PA State Board license required.
• NBCOT certification (eligible) is preferred.
• At least one year of progressive OT experience in pediatric or developmental settings.
• Experience in school-based or multidisciplinary settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children with autism, developmental delays, and other learning and developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support individualized treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance related to occupational therapy services.
• Support children’s development of functional, sensory, fine motor, self-care, and other skills.
• Monitor and document student progress and treatment outcomes; maintain compliant clinical documentation.
