Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is expanding with a brand-new ABA clinic in Rockville, MD and seeks a passionate BCBA to join our growing team. This is a clinic-based leadership role with a highly structured schedule and strong administrative support.

Enjoy a block schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:30 AM–8:30 PM, with a $100,000 salary and four days off per week. Focus on clinical care, supervision, treatment planning, and parent training—not billables.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience.
• Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support.
• Complete clinical supervision and case oversight.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and FBAs.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes.
