Qualifications

• BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in ABA.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Verbal Behavior.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness and collaboration with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
