Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and hands-on support to RBTs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and support a collaborative clinic environment.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic Based - Wilson, North Carolina

Our client, an established ABA organization, is looking for a BCBA who enjoys being part of a collaborative, hands-on clinic environment. This organization is growing and is looking to add additional BCBAs to their team to provide individualized ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their team partners closely with families to design comprehensive, meaningful treatment programs that build independence and improve quality of life.

This role goes beyond writing programs. It is about supporting clients, guiding RBTs, and building strong relationships with families to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

This role is clinic-based. You will be onsite in the Wilson, NC center Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification
• Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challengesStrong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage caseload while maintaining quality care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work onsite in Wilson, NC.

Preferred Experience:

• Clinic experience
• 1+ year experience as a BCBA
