Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our clinic-based team. You will supervise staff, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

Clinical Focus

• No direct 1:1 therapy hours required

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: starting at $85,000 more depending on experience

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll spend your time doing what matters most: supporting clients, families and your team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.
• Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
