Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism at our Pflugerville center. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Schedules run 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
