Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring entry‑level Behavioral Technicians/RBTs to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy for children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career advancement as you grow within BI.

Centers operate 8 am–6 pm, Monday‑Friday, with possible half‑day Saturdays. Full‑time preferred; part‑time requires 25+ hours/week and availability within these hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and pass background check including child‑abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months‑10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
